Shipping policy


PACKAGE LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your residence is frustrating, however it is the customer's responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood, and make sure someone is available to receive the package.

Please choose the correct shipping method if you have concerns of package theft or loss.

If your package is lost in transit this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to the carrier directly for assistance. If your package was insured, send us an email right away at info@losangelescowgirl.com and we can file a claim.

If you have not received a shipping notification for your order after 30 days, please reach out to us at info@losangelescowgirl.com. 

If your item is damaged, email info@losangelescowgirl.com immediately after it arrives (within 1-2 days of arrival). You will only receive a replacement item once it is shipped back in its original packaging. No refunds, only replacements. 


WHERE WE SHIP

We ship anywhere in the United States and most International countries. Orders ship from our California warehouse.

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days, often sooner. During high-volume sales periods, your order may take up to 6 business days to ship. We appreciate your patience with our small team!

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

DISCLAIMER: Any expedited US shipping deals apply to In Stock items only. Orders containing pre-order items will be split, and the in-stock items will ship promptly. Held pre-order items will ship with our standard USPS Priority shipping once items are available.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame, as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. We can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers, once it has left our facility. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use DHL and USPS carrier for International shipments. Los Angeles Cowgirl is not responsible for any lost packages through your Country's Postal Service. 

Standard International Shipping does not include duties or import fees (see below for more details). For orders below that, rates are calculated at checkout and can vary widely depending on the address and service chosen. We offer an economy rate and an expedited rate where possible.

Accessories can sometimes be delayed going through customs, which may add time to your delivery.

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.

If a package is returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay duties, the customer is responsible for the duty fees of import back into the US. We will refund you for your order minus the duty fees

Please ensure your address is correct, as Los Angeles Cowgirl cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.
